Requirements
- Extroverted personality — comfortable on camera and in collaborative settings
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats
- Ability to shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form content
- Proficient in CapCut; video editing skills are a strong plus
- Active personal presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Able to manage and handle multiple social media accounts for clients
- Good communication skills in both Nepali and English
- Able to meet content deadlines consistently
Responsibilities
- Create engaging video and photo content for our clients' social media channels
- Plan and execute content calendars in collaboration with the marketing team
- Handle day-to-day social media management for assigned client accounts
- Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and trending content formats
- Engage with audiences through comments, stories, and interactive posts
- Coordinate with clients to understand their brand voice and content goals
- Deliver consistent, high-quality content that drives engagement and growth
